Early Intervention and Short-Term Support
Purpose:

How Summit Meets This:
Summit AP offers short-term, flexible placements (two or three days per week) designed to stabilise behaviour, rebuild confidence, and re-establish learning habits.Students benefit from small group environments (maximum of eight learners), ensuring individual attention and consistent pastoral care.
Each placement includes targeted academic intervention, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and digital skills alongside personal development and wellbeing.
Close communication with home schools and families ensures that progress is continually monitored and strategies can be transferred back into the mainstream setting.
The Reintegration Pledge, signed by all stakeholders, reinforces accountability and a shared commitment to sustained success on return to school.
